enforcing a patron only policy in some of the spaces. The spaces located
directly adjacent to the rear of the building are not available for
parking. These are the 3 regular spaces
and 3 handicap spaces located next to the dumpster running along the back wall
of the bank. The bank needs these spaces available at all times for ATM and

her a choreographer; she liked the term 'dance theater.' She was important
because she thought everything belonged together -- speech, movement, design,
